Healthy Eating During Pregnancy (You & Your Baby)

What I am about to show you works. I proved it with my own pregnancy. Also it worked with my clients that wanted me to teach them what to eat when pregnant.

This really is a simple to learn and use process. Just follow these three magical steps.

1. Learn All The Good Foods You Can Eat

There are the right type of foods that you need to eat that will provide the best nourishment for your baby while keeping away the unhealthy pregnancy fat. These foods will not pack on extra weight even if you eat lots of them. What are the best foods to eat? Any foods that only contain 1 ingredient like: chicken, steak, fruits, veggies, rice, eggs, butter, bacon,coconut oil, avocados, and sweet potatoes.

Nutrition Tips: The fat that are in an egg yolk are really great for helping to develop your baby’s brain. Coconut oil is good for combating pregnancy fatigue. There are many more of these foods.

2. Learn All The Foods That You Should Stay Away From.

You will want to know what foods will cause you to gain an unhealthy amount of weight and that are also very bad for your baby. Of course you already know that all the cakes, cookies and sugars are unhealthy, but there are other foods to keep away from.

There are even foods labeled as healthy for you like soy milk and other products. Soy affects your thyroid and can also disrupt your normal healthy hormone levels.
