So you want to start a weight loss after pregnancy program?

As a woman and a plus size mum, I was already “big” when I was pregnant. I knew losing weight after pregnancy was going to be a BIG problem for me. I decided to ask around and a friend recommended that I look into Fat Burning Furnace.

I was reluctant intially because there is so much hype when it comes to weight loss programmes.

Truthfully: Finding a weightloss programme or an honest review online is about as easy as stopping a dam with my finger. Problem is, everyone and every reviews I read has just one point – Everyone just wants to sell products.

To be honest, with my new baby it is impossible for me to try things that does not work.

Since I have known my friend for almost 5 years, I do trust her. Not to mention the fact that she did manage to regain her postpartum weight after giving birth. I decided to check out Fat Burning Furnace.

So today, I am going to cut through all the hype and give a real review. I am not asking you to trust me but at least give me a chance to tell you my personal opinion. I want to be as honest to you as I want others to be to me. So my reviews can at times be good or bad or sometimes both.

What is Fat Burning Furnace?

This weightloss program was created by Rob Poulos. You may have seen his other work, Zero to Hero Fitness Program…

Rob’s weightloss program had some good sound advice for anyone trying to lose weight especially for women like us trying to lose the baby weight is no exception. However, do not expect something extra-ordinary.

What did get my attention though was his attention to details.

He explain and share his stuff in a way a stressed-out non-body builder new mum can understand.

Now back to Fat Burning Furnace…

I am going to cut the hype and lay out the facts to you again.

The program is divided into three parts….

  1. Introduction on Rob’s believes in what he does
  2. His exercise ideas
  3. Importance of having proper nutrition

The Good and Bad of it all…

Like Rob’s other products, he really delivers on the science and facts behind his ideas. However, it is not a miracle program and hard work is STILL A MUST!

If you are lazy and only want to look for an easy method to losing weight after having your baby – DON’T BOTHER!

It will definitely work for you if you want to kick start your metabolism and will follow Rob’s instructions carefully.

I will not lie to you.l I will not sugarcoat the programme.

You have to work hard but personally, I feel that is is worth it.

You may or may not lose 7 inches in 11 weeks like the programme says. But losing an inch or an inch and a half is achievable.

If you are looking at losing 2 inches a month, you have to work your butt off smiley.

However, if you go through the program, you definitely will get:

  1. detailed training instructions with pictures
  2. detailed nutrition instructions
  3. web based tools to help you succeed
  4. digital download guides

My final thoughts……

You will not going to get six pack abs suddenly with this. If you are a couch potato this product is not for you. However, if you want to feel better, more energetic, start to lose baby weight so that you do not need to wear your maternity clothes anymore ….then this program will work great for you!

My personal take, if you put in half the effort on what Rob teaches in his program consistently, losing your weight after pregnancy will not be a problem.
